Executive Chef Eddie Babai was trained in classical cooking at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris followed by the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. General Manager and Maitre d' Antoine Babai was twice nominated Restauranteur of the Year Award by the California Restaurant Writers Association.
